30-Day Cool Guarantee. If you don't love your ChillNest product, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. Cooling mats ship from our US warehouse in 1–3 business days and arrive in 3–8 days. Accessory items (bandanas, bottles) ship separately and may arrive in 5–11 days.
